Is a Creabook Sovereign Title sufficient by itself or should I still get a Patent, Trademark or Copyright protection to establish my IP?
The Patent, Trademark or Copyright is a decision in which one State recognizes on its territory the author right of one or several creators on an invention, mark or copy. It may be used as documentary evidence to prove the right of its owner before any court of the concerned State.
The Creabook is a book in which one or several creators declares their author property right on the described creative work, its given name, and all attached documents. It may be used as documentary evidence to prove the right of its owner before any court of the States which has signed the Berne’s Convention.
The Creabook Sovereign Title may contain more evidence than a Patent, Trademark, or Copyright. It may contain claims and documentary evidence proving that the creators are the unique origin of the creative work. Its authenticity may be publicly denied by any world citizen on the Internet. It may be certified as original and authentic by the best world experts.
